recycleTerraCycle Program- Students and teachers at FES are among the top collectors of lunch kits in the Lunch Kit Brigade, a free, national recycling program created by Lunchables Lunch Combinations and TerraCycle. By collecting used lunch kits, the school has helped to divert 3,830 units of lunch kit waste from landfills. A big thanks to Ms. Coffey, first grade teacher, for leading this worthwhile recycling program. See full story at:

****Early Out Day Every Wednesday- Don't forget that students are dismissed early every Wednesday in Anderson County due to teachers attending professional development sessions.

car**Car riders are dismissed at 1:30 on Wednesdays. The car rider line is usually longer on this day. If you don't want to wait in a long car rider line, please make plans to arrive at the school between 1:45-1:50.

bus**Bus rider bell rings at 1:55 on Wednesdays. Usually our buses arrive at FES by 2:00 on Wednesdays (and by 3:30 on the other days). The buses pick up students at NMS before coming to FES so if NMS dismissal takes longer, that will run the buses a little later at FES.
